Training and development

All public courses are normally non-residential. Prices quoted include course fee, course materials, lunch and morning and afternoon break refreshments.

FBS can arrange accommodation for participants where this is requested but it accepts no liability for so doing. Participants are responsible for settling their own hotel and accommodation bills.

Courses are normally held in hotels or training centres in the locations shown. Please contact us for details.

Terms & conditions:

Course fees must be paid within two weeks of the course date.

Registration for courses can be made at any time.

Where final dates are not given above these may be obtained by contacting us.

Details of venues will be given above or by contacting us. FBS reserves the right to use such venues as it deems appropriate and to change these at short notice should the need arise.

Cancellations can be made up to one month prior to a course date without any charge and if payment has been made a full refund will be given. Cancellations made within one month of a course date but greater than two weeks will be charged at 50% of the full course fee. Cancellations within two weeks of a course date will be charged at the full course fee.

All course papers remain the property of FBS Consultancy and are licensed to the participant for their personal use only and for sole use by them in their work or business.
